Use this trick to demonstrate that one property of mixtures is that they can be physically separated!
You show two clear glasses, each containing beads of different color. One glass has red beads, the other has white ones. The beads from one glass are openly poured into the other and shaken, so they are well mixed. The glasses are placed momentarily behind your back and instantly shown. The beads have separated! All the white beads are in one glass, and all of the red in another- just as they began. Very, very easy to do !!!!
